Golf de Andratx and Camp de Mar

Golf de Andratx is a long, urban course, which is located in Camp de Mar. The course is neatly looked after, and has a nice view from some of the holes. Until 2013, it was obligatory to rent golf buggy to play here, but now players are allowed to walk on foot. However, the golf course, and us, still recommend that you rent the golf cart if you are going to play here, because it's really far to walk between the green to the next tee. The restaurant at the golf course offers Italian dishes, mainly various pasta dishes.

Bahia Camp de Mar

If you want to explore the area, and maybe swim a little, just take your car car down to the beach of Bahia Camp De Mar, which is really nice. Here it is very easy to park, and also easy to find place to cool off in the sparkling waters. The beach is located in a bay, so the water is usually very calm. The most interesting feature of the beach is a small island, which is connected to the beach by a small bridge. On this small island you will find a lovely restaurant.

Restaurant Illeta

The restaurant is called Illeta, and serves seafood, fish, tapas and paellas. The restaurant offers great views of the bay, and it's nice to sit down in the shade and enjoy the gentle sea breeze. Perfect after a warm round of golf! It is often very busy in the summer months because the restaurant is very popular. Puerto Andratx

Not far from the golf course you find the old fishing community and the natural harbor of Puerto de Andratx, which has recently become one of the more popular tourist areas, a cosmopolitan and lively place where many cultures mix, and you can enjoy sun, shopping and nightlife. Along the pier by morning you can still buy fresh fish from the fishermen who come in to sell the day's catch at the market. Near Puerto de Andratx you will also find many really nice coves with clear water that are worth visiting, such as Cala Llamp, Cala Marmassen and Cala d'Egos (not to be confused with Cala Egos near Cala d'Or). Puerto de Andratx is also known to have many really good restaurants along the water, and on the island many travel here to enjoy a nice meal with the sunset as a backdrop.

Restaurant Media Luna

Restaurant Media Luna is one of the best restaurants in Andratx if one is looking for delicious Mediterranean cuisine, prepared with a modern twist. The restaurant has a great location with a nice view of the harbor, and the atmosphere is really nice. The staff tries really hard for people to feel welcome, and kitchen staff does their utmost to prepare the food to not only taste great, but also look great. This is a perfect restaurant for those of you who are equally enjoy eating with your eyes as tasting with your mouths. An experience for all of your senses!
